The Kickstarter may be over, but it's not too late to grab your copy of the Um, Actually home version!
Please note that we are still in the process of developing and manufacturing the game, so your order won't ship right away. We expect to ship by (or hopefully, before) August 2022.
Latest Updates from Our Project:
Getting Close Now!

Hello again backers!
You'll be happy to hear that it's been smooth sailing since our last update. All of our ocean shipments are underway, and some of them will be arriving at their respective ports very soon. We're excited to get these games into your hands!
But first, we have one last item to check off:
Finalizing Addresses
When you completed your survey months ago, you provided your address and phone number for shipping purposes. And all this time, you had the freedom to change that info any time you needed to. But as the fulfillment date approaches, we need to lock those addresses so we can hand them off to our depots. We're going to do that in one week, on September 30.
Take a moment between now and then to sign in to BackerKit and make sure your info is correct. Nobody's happy when a game gets sent to the wrong address.
Ship Date Estimates
Yes, we know, you really want an idea of when to expect your games. We don't blame you. You've been very patient. And we do have some estimates to share... but keep in mind that there are still a few things that could throw a wrench in the works. Port congestion. Surprise customs inspection. Dock workers' strike. Zombie apocalypse. That sort of thing. But if anything like that happens, we'll send out an update to let you know. (Well, maybe not if there's a zombie apocalypse. We'd be busy making a zombie-proof bunker out of Um, Actually games.)
Also, keep in mind that these dates are when we expect to ship the games. It will still take some time after that for the games to arrive. But that depends on where you live.
So... here's our best guess at fulfillment dates by region:
United States: Things are looking good for us to start fulfilling orders by mid-October. However, there was a delay with one specific item: the extra whiteboard and marker packs. Rather than hold up the rest of the US shipment, we chose to send this item separately. That means it will arrive later. But if you ordered that item, don't worry: we'll ship your games and content packs first, and send the extra whiteboards once they arrive. (That will probably be in mid-November.)
Asia, Australia and New Zealand: We're on track to fulfill these orders by mid-October. Woo hoo!
Europe and Canada: The shipments to these regions took a little longer to finalize and get rolling. We expect the goods to reach our depots sometime around the 20th of October, and hope to start shipping by late October, with some orders possibly spilling over into early November.
And there you have it! We'll send out updates as we go to keep you informed. In the meantime, if you have any specific questions about your pledge, feel free to hit us up by Kickstarter message or by e-mail at [email protected].
And don't forget the address thing! That's super important.
Take care,
The Wiggles 3D Team
Production is Complete!

– Mon, Aug 22, 2022 at 10:13:33 PM
Hello again backers!
We're excited to report that production is finished!
That's right, your games actually exist now. They're real, tangible things in our world. All we need to do is get them to you.
We've been busy making all the arrangements to transport the games from our factory in China to our depots in Canada, the US, the UK, Germany, China, and Australia. We don't yet have firm dates for when they will arrive, but we'll keep you in the loop as we get more information.
We asked the factory to send us a photo of the finished product to share with you. So here's a glimpse of the Deluxe Edition, showing (from left to right) the box lid, the bottom tray (which holds all the cards), and the top tray (which rests on the bottom tray and holds the whiteboards, dry erase markers, score indicators, card holder, and instructions):
Time Is Running Out...
As of this writing, there are 558 backers who are at risk of not getting their games, either because they haven't provided an address, or because they haven't completed their payment for shipping and/or items added in BackerKit.
The survey link in the email should take you to a page that says "Now it's time to say thanks!" If you end up on a different page, you probably have more to do to complete your survey.
Tap Edit Your Address at the top right to go to the Order Confirmation page. Once you're there, make sure that everything is correct and that the status section has no red exclamation icons.
Incidentally, if you need to change your address, you can do that from the Order Confirmation page by tapping Edit Shipping Info.
If you need any help with this process—or anything related to this project, really—please reach out to us at [email protected]. But don't delay! If you haven't completed your survey by the time we need to ship, we can't guarantee that you'll receive your games.
We'll be in touch as we have more news about the project.
All the best,
Wiggles 3D Games
Production Update
– Sat, Jul 16, 2022 at 10:52:37 PM
Hello again, backers!
We have some fun stuff to share with you today, but before we get to that, we’re going to start by tearing off the band-aid with some unfortunate news about fulfillment timing.
Fulfillment Update
All the print files were submitted to the factory last month, but there was still a comprehensive factory review process to complete after that. As part of this process, we caught and fixed a few glitches, and also had to make some color tweaks to the print proofs. Production is underway now, but as a result of these necessary changes, and the additional approvals required to confirm them, the factory tells us that production won't be finished until mid-August.
Unfortunately, that means that we will definitely not be able to keep our original fulfillment date of August 2022. We sincerely regret this delay and are doing everything we can to get your games to you as soon as we can!
Based on this new information, and what we're hearing about ocean freight delays, our best estimate suggests that we will likely be shipping out the games in late October. We know that this is disappointing news and we'll be sure to keep you posted as we get more accurate information.
Factory Review Process
Before submitting files to the factory last month, we made sure to fact-check, spell-check, grammar-check, and style-check everything. But even after all that, there were still two more important checks to do before production could begin: digital proofs and print proofs.
Digital Proofs
Once the factory receives the files, they convert them into a format that will work with their printing equipment and then send us the converted files to review. The digital proofs are helpful for catching any weird changes that might have crept in during the conversion process, but the merged file also provides an interesting perspective on just how much content is in the game!
Here's an eagle's-eye view of all of the cards in the Deluxe Edition of the game:
Naturally, we've shrunk the image... we don't want to spoil any of the content!
While digital proofs are helpful, you can never be sure of how the colors will turn out just by looking at an image on the screen. That's why we also need...
Print Proofs
Receiving the print proofs is always exciting, because it's our first chance to get our hands on physical versions of the game contents. For example, check out the fancy spot-treatment that we're including on the Deluxe Edition box:
It's essential that your survey is completed correctly so that we can send you your games when they're finally here! However, we've noticed that some surveys still have issues that need to be resolved... so we'll be sending out emails to some of you this week. Please keep an eye out for an email from us and be sure to reply if you receive one!
Please understand that if you haven't completed your survey by the time we need to ship, we can't guarantee that you'll receive your games. So if you're not sure whether you completed your survey, please take a moment to go to https://um-actually.backerkit.com/ and double-check!
And, as always, if you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We're here to help!
Thank you for your support!

Production is Underway!
– Sat, Jun 04, 2022 at 08:21:59 PM
Hi backers!
It’s been a while since we did an update, but that’s because we’ve been working hard at finalizing all the print files and working with the factory to make sure we were happy with the production quality of all the various components. And today we have an exciting update: production is underway at the factory! Woo hoo!
The factory has told us that we can expect production to be complete in July, which is later than we had hoped and means that we will probably not be able to get everything shipped out by end of August as we had originally projected. However, we will continue to do what we can to expedite things. We’ll send out updates as we learn more about the schedule.
We don’t yet have production samples that we can share actual photos of, but here’s a mockup of the various boxes so you can get a sense of what they will look like.
And here's a closer look at the smaller boxes you'll receive for the content packs.
Don't worry, there's plenty of space in the main game boxes to keep the extra cards.
Thank you for all of your support and patience. We look forward to the day you can hold the real game in your hands!
In the meantime, have a great summer!

Introducing the Improved Card Builder!
– Fri, Mar 25, 2022 at 12:17:29 AM
Hello backers!
We're excited that spring is almost here. But we're even more excited about all the progress we've been making on the Um, Actually game!
It's been a long (but satisfying) process to write, fact check, proofread, and approve the 800+ questions needed for the game. We're at the stage where we're putting the finishing touches on everything and getting ready to place the order with the factory. We're so excited to get this game in your hands!
We're still projecting that we'll be able to fulfill by our promised date of August of this year. We'll let you know if anything comes up to impact that date.
Card Builder Update
We've been working on more than just the game content, though... we also have an update to the Um, Actually card builder!
You may recall that we announced it during the campaign, way back in June. Back then, the Card Builder's only function was to let you suggest questions, but we always wanted it to have another important function: the ability for you to create and print your own cards for use in the game.
As rich and varied as the game's content is, we knew that some people might want to make their own cards. Perhaps you want to add a bunch of facts about an obscure show that you love. Or maybe you want to come up with some funny statements about your friend to play at their birthday party. Well, now you can!
The Card Builder allows you to create a bunch of cards and save them as a PDF that you can either print yourself or take to a print shop. And, if you would like to share your questions with us, the Card Builder offers you that option too.
Cheers to Jesse Carter, a friend of ours who developed this amazing software for us! Here's a link to his GitHub page if you would like to see some of his other projects.
We still have about 700 backers who haven't completed their surveys, if you can believe it!
Part of completing your survey is providing your shipping address... so if your survey isn't complete, we won't be able to send you your game! If you think you might not have completed your survey yet, go to https://um-actually.backerkit.com/ and enter your Kickstarter e-mail address to have a survey link e-mailed to you. Don't delay... do it today!
And as always, if you have any questions about your order or the survey process, please reach out to us by Kickstarter message or by e-mail to [email protected].
